Dogs only welcome by prior arrangement: price without food € 30.00 (first night), € 7.00 for each additional night. If your dog doesn’t like being alone and stands no taller than 50cm, you can bring it to the large winter garden and the garden terrace as an exception for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also to the game restaurant/watering hole in the afternoon (if these areas are open). Dogs that stand taller than 50 cm are not permitted in the restaurant premises and may only be taken to the watering hole for lunch, dinner and in the afternoon (subject to availability). In this case, please use the restaurant entrance only (via the large car park).
Rental of city bikes for € 11.00 per day, e-bikes for € 25.00 per day (from November to February half)

Notes on room booking

A visitor’s tax of €2.30 per person per day currently applies in addition to the room price.
Reservations for one to two nights at the weekend can only be booked with half board.
The minimum booking period at certain times is: Carnival - 2 nights, Ascension Day/Pentecost/Corpus Christi - 5 nights each, Easter - 6 nights, German Unity Day/Reformation Day - 4 nights, Christmas/New Year's Eve - 7 nights each
The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room reservation has been accepted by the host business. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed room rate.
All ancillary agreements, such as room number, category, equipment or additional orders, are recorded by us in writing. Please check the confirmation for this. The obligation to pay applies regardless of whether the room is actually used.
The hotel grants free cancellation of reservations for more than 15 rooms up to six weeks before arrival, for six to 14 rooms up to four weeks before arrival; for three to five rooms up to two weeks before arrival; for one to two rooms up to one week before arrival (11:59 pm). For apartments, the hotel offers free cancellation up to one week before arrival.
Reservations for the period 24.12. to 04.01. must be cancelled at least 4 weeks before arrival.
The above cancellation policy does not apply for reservations that are shortened. In the case of later cancellations for reasons for which the hotel is not responsible, a cancellation fee of 80 percent of the actual room price may become due if the cancelled rooms cannot be let to another guest. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to send you the relevant forms.
