We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to strengthen our team with an immediate start.
 
If you're a superhero without a cape, and as Chef de Rang (m/f/d) you put your whole heart and soul into your work, then we are looking for you! Together with the entire service team, you will ensure that our guests in the Jäger- und Fischerstuben are accompanied through the evening with appropriate service and suitable recommendations in addition to the culinary enjoyment.
 
The "Jäger- and Fischerstuben" is our main restaurant and has been awarded two Michelin stars and two diamonds in the Varta Guide. Both our 5-course half-board and à-la-carte meals are served here. At peak times, up to 200 guests are attended to at the same time in our restaurant premises. Your responsibilities will include lunch & dinner, as well as afternoon and partial closing duties late in the evening. Breakfast is also part of this, but we have an additional team here, which is partly supported by the service team and trainees. Nevertheless, this area is also subject to the leadership of the head waiter and assistant. In addition to the restaurant area, your area of activity also includes our EidenSpa Bistro, room service, and service at conferences.

Your tasks:
 

• Management of your station in the restaurant
• Professional service of food & beverages
• Consultation of guests with your expert knowledge (wine, spirits, food) and creation of a feel-good atmosphere
• Cordial, competent and professional care of our guests, also in case of complaints
• Leadership and control of trainees in your own work area
• Professional work ethic in accordance with business aspects
• Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines

 
Your profile:
 

• Outstanding hospitality mentality
• Completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry
• Experience in managing a restaurant station
• Quality and cost awareness
• Good language skills in German, ideally English language skills
• Neat appearance and a sense of cleanliness in the workplace
• Exemplary manners, confident appearance, charm, flexibility
