NEW: training as a chef with an additional qualification from the JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe). If you pass this examination, you can definitely gain a foothold anywhere in the upscale gastronomy sector.

Whether through the guiding hand of your respective head of department, through internal training or further training outside the company - your qualifications and skills will be constantly expanded. With your personal training mentor you have a permanent contact person.
If you are a particularly good master, we offer you the opportunity to swap workplaces for a week with a trainee from another Romantik hotel in your second and third year of training as part of the Romantik trainee exchange programme, of which we are a member. New experiences and challenges await you there.
In addition, as an employee in a Romantik hotel and as a member of the Romantik family, you benefit from the "Romantik Card" with which you receive discounts on accommodation, food and beverages in all Romantik hotels throughout Europe.

You are not alone among our 40 trainees. Learning and working together is much more fun! But the relationship with your superiors is also friendly and respectful. The team at the Jagdhaus Eiden is not just called a team, it really is one. Everyone is part of it, whether they've been with us for a few weeks or for decades. In the evenings, we occasionally get together for an after-work beer or cola.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed young people who are interested in a sound training in the hotel industry. You are also welcome to join us if you would like to change careers.
