As the first point of contact at the reception or in the restaurant during breakfast or dinner - you are always ready to read our guests' wishes from their eyes and make them happy. If this sounds appealing to you, then an apprenticeship as a hotel manager would be just the right thing for you. You will get to know and love the different areas in the hotel, from the ground up, and our team will be at your side until, towards the end of your training, you can, for example, manage a station in our restaurant all by yourself or lead a shift at the hotel reception.

You have a permanent contact person in your personal training mentor. 

If you prove to be a particularly good apprentice, we offer you the opportunity to swap workplaces for a week with a trainee from another Romantik hotel in your 2nd/3rd year of training as part of the Romantik trainee exchange program, of which we are a member. New experiences and challenges await you there.

The Eiden Crew
You are not alone among our 40 trainees. Learning and working together is much more fun! But the relationship with your superiors is also friendly and respectful.
The team at the Jagdhaus Eiden is not just called a team, it really is one. Everyone is part of it, whether they've been with us for a few weeks or for decades.
In the evenings, we occasionally get together for an after-work beer or cola.
