We are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) with immediate effect to strengthen our team.

As a Commis de Cusine (m/f/d) you will support the team in our gourmet restaurant Apicius. In cooperation with your head chef, you will ensure that delicious creations are served to our guests.

Creative cuisine, first-class service, and a young team await you in our gourmet restaurant. We cater for a maximum of 28 guests per evening. The Apicius has regular opening hours from Wednesday to Saturday, each evening.

Your tasks:

• Support the Chef de Partie
• Mise en place and proper preparation of dishes according to recipe
• Goods management (receipt of goods, proper storage & ordering after consultation)
• Assistance in the further development, management, and archiving of recipes
• Compliance with all hygiene regulations
• Professional and proper handling of all kitchen equipment and utensils
• Guidance of trainees and interns

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef
• Ideally, first experience in a gourmet restaurant
• Creativity, organizational skills and openness to new ideas
• Sense of responsibility & knowledge of hygiene, merchandise management and control
• Ability to work in a team
