We are looking for a full-time Commis de Rang (m/w/d) for our Gourmet Restaurant Apicius.

So close to the (Michelin-) stars…
Creative cuisine, first-class service and a young team await you in our gourmet restaurant. We serve a maximum of 28 guests per evening. The Apicius has regular opening hours from Wednesday to Saturday, each evening.

As Commis de Rang (m/w/d) you will support our Chef de Rang and Restaurant Manager in serving our guests.

Your responsibilities

• Professional serving of food & beverages
• Preparation and post-processing of the restaurant
• Attentive and guest-oriented behavior
• Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines

Your profile

• Outstanding hospitality mentality
• Professional training in the gastronomy or hotel industry
• Good German language skills, ideally English language skills
• Neat appearance and a sense of cleanliness in the workplace
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility and willingness to work hard
• Enthusiasm for service quality and the satisfaction of our guests
