We are looking for a breakfast waitress (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time with immediate effect to support our team.
The Jägerstuben and Fischerstuben are our main restaurant, awarded two Michelin stars and two diamonds in the Varta Guide. Both our 5-course half-board and à-la-carte meals are served here. At peak times, up to 200 guests are served at the same time in our restaurant premises.

As a breakfast waitress (m/f/d) you will lead our breakfast team. This team consists of trainees, temporary staff, and full-time and part-time employees.


Your tasks

• Setting up and decorating the breakfast buffet
• Preparing drinks for the breakfast service
• Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness regulations
• Looking after guests

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or hotel business
• Professional experience in upscale gastronomy desirable
• Good German language skills, ideally English language skills
• Neat appearance and a sense of cleanliness at the workplace
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• High quality awareness, communication skills and creativity for your working environment
• Commitment, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for service quality and the satisfaction of our guests
